President: Tom Linhoff called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. in the Middle School Detroit Lakes Minnesota . President Linhoff Introduced the Board. Motion by Ham Lake 2nd by Roseville to dispense with roll call. Minutes of the Previous Meeting were Mailed out to all member Dept.’s Motion by Grand Rapids 2nd By Pipestone to approve the Minutes as mailed, motion carried. Secretary’s report was read by Secretary Bruce Boynton Motion by Waconia 2nd by Echo Motion Carried Treasurer Greg Taylor gave a financial & Treasures report for 2010 Savage made a motion to except the report 2nd by Roseville There was no Old Business to be discussed. New Business: None Election of Directors District # 6 Barry Nelson was re-elected District # 4 Gregory Taylor was re-elected District # 5 Steve Spaeth was re-elected Scott Windschitl presented the Power Point a overall view of the V.F.B.A. Motion by New Ulm to adjourn 2nd by Pipestone Motion Carried.
